OPEN Democracy's Constitution and plan is purposefully designed to never fail, with the implementation of Automatic Exit Agreement. Only serious executive will occupy Public Office.
The Automatic Exit Agreement (AEA) is a contract that will acknowledged(signed) by all OPEN Executives that are occupying any Public Offec, AEA will stipulates the circumstances under which an executive's resignation will become effective. The AEA is designed to ensure that the Organization's leadership is held to high standards of performance and conduct.
With the AEA, an executive's resignation will become effective immediately if they fail to meet the performance objectives within the specified time frame. By signing the AEA, executives acknowledge and accept the terms of the Agreement and agree to relinquish any applicable rights afforded to them in the Constitution of South Africa.
